I’m currently sitting in my kitchen staring at the whirlwind of mess that I caused today. I don’t know what got to me. I was on my couch for a good hour trying to motivate myself to do something productive, and this happened. Aside from the pictures, I made this baked salmon with zucchini medley. I wanted to share with you how I made the salmon!
Here is what you’ll need:
1 6 oz. salmon
1 tbs roasted garlic & herb seasoning
1 tbs pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like it spicy!)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs olive oil
cheddar cheese (optional)
Preheat the oven at 450 degrees. Combine the roasted garlic & herb seasoning, pepper, cayenne pepper, ground ginger in one bowl, and slather it on the salmon. Drizzle the olive oil on top of it, and spread the mayo over! For more “bang” to this delicious recipe, add cheese on top of it. After doing that, place it in the oven and let it bake for about 15 minutes. This recipe is good for one serving only.
